Features

Navigating the Home Page

Your home page shows your upcoming trips and any notifications about them. From here you can open a trip, look back at past ones, update your profile, manage your payment cards, and reach an advisor.

One thing worth knowing up front: your itinerary shows you everything, but changes to a booking are made by an advisor rather than from the itinerary screen. Message one and they'll handle it.

My trips

With Andavo, every flight, car rental, and hotel booking appears on a single chronological itinerary — whether an advisor booked it, you booked it through your company's booking tool, or you forwarded it in yourself.

Get live updates on gate changes, check-in times, pickup locations, and more—so you’re always a step ahead.

Import a booking

Booked a flight, hotel or rental car outside Andavo? Add any outside bookings to your trip with no hiccups. Just forward your reservation to plans@andavo.com, and your booking will be automatically added to your trip.

Track any trip so pickups, meetings, and connections are easy. And with instant notifications, you’re always in the know.

My profile

Keep all your details organized and up to date. Set travel preferences, manage personal information, and store payment methods—all in your traveler profile.

  • Edit your profile on the go

Add legal ID, loyalty numbers, TSA Redress details, your Known Traveler Number and more. So every booking has your traveler information ready to go.

What you save flows through to the booking tools automatically, so you're not re-entering it every trip.

A few fields are locked to your travel administrator: your name, your work email, and your company's internal identifiers. Those establish who you are in the booking systems. If one needs to change, ask your administrator.

  • Andavo Wallet

Keep payment methods organized, and set preferred cards for flights, hotels, car rentals, and more.

If your company has set a standard form of payment, you'll see it in your wallet.

Notifications

Andavo notifies you when something affects a trip you're on: a gate change, a delay, a cancellation, an arrival update, or a weather or security event that intersects your itinerary.

Notifications are targeted rather than broadcast. If it doesn't touch your trip, you won't hear about it.

Push notifications are delivered through the Andavo mobile app.

Excellent support

Advisors are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — every channel, not just phone, and not only in an emergency.

  • Chat or text an advisor from the Andavo mobile app. You're messaging a real advisor, not a bot, and your conversation history stays with you. An advisor can change an existing booking or arrange a new one right there in the chat.

  • Call or email an advisor for anything you'd rather not type. Use the contact details your travel administrator has given you.

Chat and text live in the mobile app. On the web, reach an advisor by phone or email.

No matter how you prefer to get answers to your questions, Andavo provides a seamless and convenient travel support experience.
