Andavo Travel AI Connectors
Andavo Travel AI connectors let eligible travelers use ChatGPT or Claude with their authenticated Andavo traveler account. The connectors can help travelers understand existing trips, review relevant profile context, search live travel inventory, and compare available options.
The connector is limited to the traveler who signs in. It does not provide administrator or advisor access to other travelers.

Search results, prices, availability, and fare rules can change until a supplier confirms a reservation. The connector does not guarantee that an offer remains available.
What You Need
Before using the connector, you'll need:
An active Andavo traveler account.
Access to an Andavo travel program that supports the requested search.
Any booking permission, approval, or trip information required by your organization's travel program.
A supported ChatGPT or Claude account.
Connect Your Account
Open the Andavo Travel listing in ChatGPT or Claude.
Select Connect or Sign in.
Complete sign-in on the Andavo authorization page.
Review the access request and approve it only if you want the AI platform to use the connector with your Andavo account.
Return to the AI platform and start with a request such as:
"Show my upcoming Andavo trips."
"Find nonstop flights from Denver to Chicago for these dates."
"Find an automatic rental car at ORD for my trip."
"Compare the refundable fares for this flight option."
Enter your Andavo credentials only on the Andavo-hosted sign-in page. Do not paste your password, access token, payment-card details, passport number, Known Traveler Number, or redress number into an AI conversation.
Confirmations and Write Actions
On ChatGPT and Claude, a booking or supported profile change requires a review step before the connector applies the action. Review the exact option, traveler details, dates, price, rules, and trip before you confirm.
A confirmed reservation can create a financial or contractual obligation with Andavo or a travel supplier. Cancellation and change rules can apply. If you do not want the connector to make a change, tell it to review or preview only.
Both platforms use the same Andavo permissions, client configuration, administrative controls, feature flags, confirmation checks, and backend validation. A platform cannot bypass those controls.
Important Limits
The connector is for business-travel assistance. It is not an emergency service.
AI-generated summaries can be incomplete or wrong. Verify critical dates, names, prices, supplier rules, visa or document requirements, and safety information through authoritative sources.
The connector does not accept raw payment-card details in a conversation.
Passport, Known Traveler Number, redress, payment-method, role, and client assignment fields cannot be changed through the connector.
Your employer's travel policy, approval rules, and supplier terms continue to apply.
Some capabilities can be unavailable for a specific client, traveler, itinerary, destination, or supplier.
Disconnect the Connector
Use the connector or plugin settings in ChatGPT or Claude to disconnect Andavo Travel.
Disconnecting stops that AI platform from making new authenticated connector requests. It does not cancel reservations, delete your Andavo account, or remove records that Andavo or a travel supplier must retain.
