Setting traveler policy groups

Policy groups are a helpful tool to help ensure that your travel policy is being applied accurately across different travelers. A policy group allows you to build a custom rule set to be applied to anyone within the group.

Once travelers are enrolled with Christopherson, you will be able to assign them to the correct division/policy group within AirPortal.

Here are the steps to take:

  1. Login to AirPortal

  2. From the menu, select Company Admin > Users (Beta)

  3. Select a traveler by clicking on their name

  4. When in the profile settings, select Company Info, update rule class and hit save in the bottom right-hand corner.
